Surrogate Mother Fees ($21,000) include the following:

a. Surrogate mother total payment 15500 USD, which include:

• At embryo transfer 250 USD
• Monthly payment after pregnancy confirmation 250 USD
• Final payment after birth 13000 USD

b. Donor fees (when donor is chosen) 1000 USD

*If twins are born, parents shall pay 2000 USD additionally, after the birth of the children

Medical Services Included on the Price:

• Unlimited attempts of IVF/ICSI using donor eggs until the pregnancy and life birth are achieved
• Embryo cryopreservation. Unlimited attempts of embryo transfer until the pregnancy achieved
• Pregnancy care including all medications
• Continuous update of the couple with medical reports and ultrasound videos/photos from the personal treating doctor of the Surrogate mother
• Surrogate mother hospitalization in case of complications
• Natural birth or C-section
• New-born care, pediatrician supervision during the first month
• All medical services needed to get the life birth
• Resumption of the whole process from the beginning if the life-birth is not achieved.
