I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Malaga. My first interaction was with Isabel who was not only super helpful and extremely professional but a genuinely warm, kind and caring person who I felt invested in me as a patient at the clinic. Dr Sanchez was my consultant and within minutes of first meeting him I felt as if I was receiving a personal service catered specifically for my needs. I trusted Dr Sanchez implicitly and throughout the ivf process I found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable and highly professional both in his face to face dealings with me and during our Skype conversations. Lastly and by no means least I would like to thank my embryologist Carolina. She has been wonderful. Her help and advice I will never forget. All members of staff that I dealt with during the last year all speak fluent English .. I never once had any language barriers and I never had one occasion where i could not get hold of anyone at the clinic to discuss any queries or concerns. Having had a terrible experience in a uk clinic I was admitted really nervous to start a very stressful process in a different country but I can honestly say it was a breeze and i would recommend to anyone ! I am now pregnant with twins which is very exciting and I owe this to Carolina, Dr Sanchez and everyone on the international team who have supported me right through the entire process . Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The person in admission today at 11 pm is one of the best people I have ever come across at the hospital. It must be said. Generally speaking, the emergency part is going very well, I have been here a couple of times and the wait is normal. It is accessed by public transport, it has private parking. In the consultation part, if it is true that the wait is long, they are one of the most coveted doctors and well, they cannot see a thousand patients at the same time, normal.
