Les Simpson is the President and Owner of Directed Tax Benefits, Inc. He has an experience of more than 20 years in the financial services world working with high net worth clients. He partners with two groups that specialize in tax programs: one for sales of highly appreciated assets and the other is to bring back money the government owes the business owner on a contingency basis.

His purpose is to educate CPAs, attorneys, brokers, advisors and bankers these benefits exist for all the Baby Boomers looking to retirement but don't see a way out.  Also to reduce business expenses through 9 audits, 5 government and 4 standard business expenses.

Les has also held positions of sales trainer and sales program designer in various companies and capacities.   He was one of the national trainers for GE Capital Long Term Care Division for 4 years. He has been a regular contributor to the Colorado Real Estate Journal and Apartment Association of Metro Denver magazine.

Les is a member of committees for the Urban Land Institute and Commercial Real Estate Association , NAIOP. He served on the Board of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries. He is also General Member Chairman for TiE Rockies, the Colorado Chapter of TiE Global.
