Dare King, Executive Vice President, Babel Street

Dare King is an Executive Vice President at Babel Street, a web-monitoring software company specializing in advanced linguistic analysis. In this role, she is responsible for delivering solutions that transition the innovative technology and analytic power of Babel Street into the unique operating environment of National Security customers. She also leads the Babel Street Intelligence Community and Cyber business portfolios. Prior to joining Babel Street, Ms. King was a Senior Intelligence Service officer at the CIA, with a fifteen-year career that spanned three Directorates. Most recently, she led the largest group in CIA’s Center for Cyber Intelligence where she managed cyber infrastructure, data, analytic software and data science activities. Prior to that, she established the first data science program in the DNI’s Open Source Center, delivered first of kind data-driven analytic products to senior policy makers and was an executive advisor to the CIA Associate Deputy Director. Ms. King began her Agency career as a Technical Intelligence Officer leading and conducting technical operations worldwide.
